Landscape Irrigation Repair

Branden Irrigation can program your irrigation controller, trouble shoot problems with controllers, find broken wires, fix valves, find and repair broken pipes, Solve low pressure problems. Install and repair Irrigation back flow preventers and pressure regulators.  Many properties do not have a map detailing the irrigation zones, this makes it both easier to program the controller and to make repairs.  Branden Irrigation makes these maps.  For many of our customers we test and repair the entire irrigation system twice per year.  To save water this has become essential.

Installation 

Irrigation work is mostly done underground. We have the equipment to do it right. Landscape equipment is made to get into tight areas. We have trenching machines, a skip loader and a small excavator. This allows us to do small grading changes. When remodeling existing sprinkler systems on lawns we can remove the existing sod and refit it back into place making look like we were never there.

During the past few years the need to save water has become essential. Branden irrigation has been installing the latest water saving irrigation controllers and low flow sprinkler and drip systems. Smart controllers now adjust the water time for each zone based on the current weather conditions. We now are installing Wi-Fi irrigation controllers. You now use your cell phone to program the controller. You can also use your cell phone as a remote control. Smart controllers now have an option to have your own weather station to be connected directly on site to your controller.

Outdoor Lighting

Planning landscape lighting is part of irrigation. Whenever there is an open trench other trades want to use that trench. Branden Irrigation works with home owners and contractors to supply on request trenches large enough to handle additions pipes. In many cases we install additional conduits even utilities and sewer drains to septic tanks. We do install the landscape lighting for both low and high voltage systems.

Water Storage

Some home owners have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their landscape to find that the water districts want you to use their water but during a drought they make it unaffordable. Branden Irrigation installs water tanks and booster pumps so you can store well water or have water trucked in.

Irrigation Design

Many landscape contractors do good work; they follow the plans but don’t have the expertise to alter the plans on the spot. In many cases, landscape plans do not come with an Irrigation design. When they do, it is usually a CAD program that makes a good looking print, but does not have good coverage. Branden Irrigation gets rid of the dry spot in the lawns and gives the right amount of water to plants on drip systems.

Drainage

For drainage systems many people try to break the most basic rule. “Water Flows Down Hill.”

Branden Irrigation corrects the problems. In many cases we install sumps and sump pumps, then pipe water to another location. For several homes we have installed French drains in crawl spaces under the house to alleviate flooding conditions. The best way to prevent water from flooding the crawl space is to install a French drain to the outer wall of the concrete footing. On and existing home this can become a major expense.
